The Ameristar Conference Center launch showcased a fully reimagined event environment built around immersive, theme-driven rooms highlighting versatility, elevated design, and modern hospitality. Guests moved through seven uniquely curated spaces, each featuring custom builds, dynamic lighting, specifically chosen scents, and tailored décor designed to demonstrate the venue’s expanded capabilities. From neon-lit installations to luxe lounge environments, the experience offered guests a firsthand look at how Ameristar can transform any vision into a high-impact event. The result was a cohesive, multi-sensory showcase of the center’s full potential.
Environmental Highlights
Integrity featured a garden mimosa themed brunch space, and Clarity a bourbon centered tasting room. Both spaces featured unique custom bars, lounge vignettes, and standout statement walls, offering guests an upscale introduction to Ameristar’s refreshed aesthetic.
Event Elevation
Wonder showcased a Bridgerton-inspired wedding setting, and Achievement a spa-influenced retreat. Both spaces incorporated soft palettes, refined textures, and layered design elements, demonstrating the versatility and elevated ambiance possible within Ameristar’s expanded footprint.
Event Reveal
Brilliance Ballroom served as the main event reveal, Ambition an elevated boardroom experience, and Excellence a neon-driven after-party. Each space utilized bold lighting, custom furniture, and immersive staging to highlight Ameristar’s capacity for high-impact, transformational event environments.

With the conference center newly expanded, the challenge was to clearly demonstrate what the refreshed rooms could offer. Each space needed to feel purposeful, distinct, and immersive rather than empty or undefined.
The goal was to transform the footprint into a series of memorable environments that helped guests understand the range, creativity, and potential of the renovation.
